Question 1

Why is the assessment and planning session free? Will you try to sell me something afterwards?

Accepted Answer

It is free because we want to be sure BetterLife is the right fit for you before anyone pays. After the assessment we will explain which course suits you, but there is no obligation to join and no hard sell. We are looking for students who will genuinely benefit from the ACE method.

Question 2

I have already tried many methods, none of which worked. What is different about yours?

Accepted Answer

Most methods focus on theory, grammar, and textbooks—the same way children learn. BetterLife is built exclusively for adults, focusing on high-frequency usage and muscle memory. We don't teach you 'about' English; we give you the environment to actually use it.

Question 3

I just want to fix my problem. Tell me your schedule, your price and how you can help. Why do I need an assessment and planning session first?

Accepted Answer

We know your time is valuable. But fluency is not something you buy off the shelf; it is a skill built step by step. The assessment lets us hear your actual level, find what is really holding you back, and plan lessons that fit your schedule.

Question 4

Is the assessment an exam?

Accepted Answer

Not in the way you are picturing. You do it online in your own time, in about an hour, and most of it is you speaking — we listen to how you actually use English, not what you can memorise. Afterwards our consultant goes through the result with you one-to-one and builds a plan around it.
